Awesome!
The BlueAnt Z9i performed better than I expected. it’s very lightweight on the ear and very easy to use. By far the best one that I have purchased.

Good
Use with Blackberry Storm. Works well with storm. The computer voice isn’t real clear but when talking to a person on the phone it seems to work very well.

I owned the a blue ant before that lasted about 3 years. This new Blue Ant doesn’t have as much range as the older one but it’s good enough.

great, i had to think to find a pitfall.
this is my second blue tooth, my first one was this cheap o samsung whose ear loop broke 4 weeks after i bought it. this one has a much sturdier design, and much sleeker too.

Substandard Snooty Product support = Buyer Beware
I ordered the Blue Ant X5i from Shopcell – an Amazon market place vendor. While the product was delivered promptly enough, alas – it wouldn’t even switch on.

unreliable pairing with laptop and phone
In theory the Blueant z9i should work both with a laptop and with a phone. After a little fiddling, I was able to get it to work with both.

It Works Well!
I really like the BlueAnt Z9i. Amazon offers it at a great price. I checked around before ordering from Amazon. The clarity and the volume are excellent.
